What we install in Miami Beach
In a tower, the glass is the brief. Solar shades keep the ocean or bay view while cutting glare and heat, blackout layers handle the bedrooms, and wire-free motors mean no slab is opened. The city has fourteen local historic districts, and new construction, alteration or demolition of a historic structure or an improvement within a district needs a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Board or Planning Department staff; staff can approve work such as repairs, window replacement, exterior paint and mechanical items. We design interior systems that leave the façade alone and coordinate anything exterior, cameras, rooftop equipment and lighting, with your architect so it enters the review with the rest of the drawings.

My home is in a historic district. Will my project need city approval?
Exterior work in one of the city’s fourteen local historic districts, or on an individually designated building, needs a Certificate of Appropriateness; staff can approve items such as repairs, window replacement, exterior paint and mechanical work, and the Historic Preservation Board reviews the rest. Our interior systems do not touch the façade, and we coordinate any exterior element with your architect so it goes into the same submission.
Can you install in a condo without opening the slab or bothering the association?
Yes. Wire-free motorized shades mount to the frame or ceiling and run on battery packs, wireless lighting control replaces existing switches, and equipment stays inside the unit. We schedule around building rules and keep the work to your unit.
Why does Wi-Fi struggle in a Miami Beach tower, and what do you do?
