Lighting and shading are where a home is felt most, and where a dealer’s programming shows. Scenes, timeclocks tied to sunrise and sunset, circadian curves and shade schedules are written by ioty staff in Doral, then refined after move-in.
The Lutron systems we install
HomeWorks QSX is the wired platform for new construction and major renovation: each processor link carries up to 99 devices and 512 switch legs on a single two-pair cable, which is why we join the project at the drawing stage. RadioRA 3 brings the same scenes and keypads to finished homes without opening walls. Both integrate with Savant, our whole-home control platform.
Ketra is Lutron’s tunable fixture line: high-CRI white light from 1,400K to 10,000K in downlights, lamps and linears, programmed to follow the sun. Sivoia QS and Palladiom motorized shades cover rollers and drapery tracks, wired or battery, and the Palladiom drapery system brings the same quiet automation to an exposed rod. Keypads come in the Palladiom line, engraved and finished to the interiors.

Every Lutron system on this page runs in our Doral showroom alongside the rest of the house: audio, video, climate, cameras and access. Our Design District showroom is dedicated to lighting and shading, where you can watch Ketra move from midday to evening and hear a Palladiom shade at 35 dBA.
