A single platform watches the time of day, the sun, the season and your calendar, then moves everything together: shades drop as the western glass heats up, lighting warms as evening arrives, the thermostat eases back when the last door locks.

The result reads less like technology and more like staff. You never ask who dimmed the terrace or armed the cameras at midnight. The house did, because it was programmed around the way your family actually lives.

We build the control layer on the two platforms that define the luxury category: Savant for whole-home control and entertainment, and Lutron HomeWorks for lighting and shading. ioty holds current dealer credentials with both — Savant Elite Ambassador and Lutron Sapphire — and every system is designed and programmed in-house, not subcontracted.

One app runs it all. Rooms, scenes, music, cameras, comfort and privacy sit in a single interface every member of the household can use without a manual, and the same intelligence answers from engraved keypads, wall panels and voice.

Automation succeeds or fails in the programming. We start with how you live: who wakes first, where homework happens, what Friday night looks like. The scenes are written around that, then refined after move-in, once real life has voted on the first draft.

And it stays that way. Every system ioty installs is backed by our Client Care monitoring and service plans — we watch your system from our headquarters in Doral, resolve issues remotely, often before you notice them, and keep the programming current as your household changes. The relationship doesn't end at handover; that's where it starts.
